Question: Is this only the dummy or am I ordering both sides of the door & do you make any of this type with both a key look and a deadbolt?

Answer: Jack, This is the dummy version only. This is trim for the interior and exterior of in the inactive leaf only. The active or functioning mortise lock set is Baldwin 6560.ENTR.
