This Dexter by Schlage J40TOR Torino privacy (Bed/Bath) door lever set fits the standard bore hole of 2-1/8", has an adjustable backset and is field reversible so no handing is required. This set will fit virtually any application. All Dexter lever sets come with 2 levers, 2 rosettes, latch, and all mounting hardware needed for a complete privacy lever set. Question: I assume a strike plate is included? There is no mention of one and some other products offer a choice of rounded or square corner strike plates.

Question: I tried to compare this product J40Tor Torino Leverset with a Schlage product Avila Lever Bed & Bath Lock F40 VLA 716 Are the warranties on the finish the same? I am building a new home and wish to use the Torino leverset throughout - for the price is that smart?
