Question: About locking and unlocking a bed room door with a Kwikset knob: Do I need to unlock the door to get out of the room? Most of knobs you do not need to unlock the knob, from inside the bedroom you just turn the handle and it unlocks itself... Did I do some wrong? Or this kind is this way? Thank you! Geraldo

Answer: This knob just required you to turn it from the interior and the door will unlock.
