All products purchased at DoorHardwareCenter.com have full manufacturer warranties and are brand new.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will replace your products or accept a return of the goods. The following may be returned or exchanged; product still in original packaging/uninstalled, faulty product, and product that we shipped incorrectly.
You are responsible for the return freight to us, unless the product is faulty or we shipped it incorrectly.
We will accept returns for up to 60 days from order date. Returns received within 60 days of product delivery date are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that any freight we paid for items that qualified for free shipping will be deducted from any credit due.

Get an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization), by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or give us a call at 1-866-259-8901. Once you have done so an RGA # will be emailed to you. This email will contain an RGA # and the address where product needs to be shipped. Be sure to put the RGA # on the exterior of the package sent so that credit can be associated with your order. If product is returned without an RGA # or after the return period a restocking fee of 30% will be applied. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of product delivery.
You should send returns back with an insured carrier so proof of delivery can be shown via a tracking #. Make sure to keep a copy of these tracking numbers for your records.
