This Schlage F-Series F10 GEO Georgian passage knobset is designed for doors where a latching feature but not a lock is required, such as halls, closets, basements, and general living areas. This knobset fits the standard borehole of 2-⅛ inches, has an adjustable backset and is field reversible so no handing is required. Available in a range of unique style combinations to express any personality, the Schlage F10GEO will fit virtually any application. Comes with 2 knobs, 2 rosettes, a latch and all mounting hardware needed for a complete privacy knobset.

Question: Can this be used on an exterior door in combo with an electronic deadbolt? Most passage door knobs state interior or but wasn’t sure if there is a difference in material for exterior vs interior.

Answer: Josh, You can use a passage set in conjunction with an electronic deadbolt. This happens a lot as people do not always like redundant locking mechanisms on one door.
