Schlage electronic door lever sets allow you to both lock and unlock your doors without the use of a key. This Schlage FE595-PLY-ACC Plymouth electronic door lever has a keypad on the exterior and a turnpiece on the interior. This is a Flex-Lock product which means you can choose to have the set automatically lock after 5 seconds or stay unlocked. Features: No programming involved, up to 19 unique user codes, freedom from keys, flexibility to automatically lock door behind you or keep it unlocked and is fully adjustable to fit virtually all door preparations. Question: My door total thickness is 2 1/2 inches. The latch would be center on a 1 1/2 inch board then a 1 inch board is on the exterior surface. so the latch would not be centered on the door. Would this door work with your thick door set?

Answer: Hello John, The FE595 PLY/ACC fits on a door 1-3/8" to 1-3/4". Schlage hasn't produced a thick door kit that works with the hardware.
