When we moved into our home 8+ years ago, we installed Baldwin hardware on a door that we had made between the house and garage. It never worked properly when the deadbolt had been engaged. I had at least three locksmiths work on it in the intervening years to no avail. I had discovered doorhardwarecenter.com in the meantime. On a whim I decided to see if they could solve my problem. And, YES, they could. I spoke with Andrew and sent photos and described the problems that we encountered with the hardware and he came up with the answer. We had received the wrong mortise lock to begin with back all those years ago when I was dealing with a different hardware provider. It was as easy as that - replacing the mortise, which luckily was exactly the same size, and now we have completely
