The 6223 strikes are made to withstand abuse and are designed to be used with mortise and cylindrical devices on pairs doors. Their stainless steel construction with integrated faceplate and smooth keeper movement help assure durability and reliability.

- 4-3/4″ (120 mm) minimum stile required
- 24 VDC standard, 12 VDC option
- Suitable for interior and exterior doors
- Heavy-duty stainless steel construction
- Accepts 3/4″ Throw Latchbolt
- Two-piece plug connectors are furnished for ease of installation and removal during strike servicing
- Endurance 1,000,000 cycles
- UL 10C 3-hour fire-rated (fail secure only) – When pair door has inactive leaf
- UL 1034 listed for burglary-resistant electric door strikes
- Static strength: 1500 lbs
- Dynamic strength: 70 ft-lbs
- UL 294 listed for access control system
- Retrofits: VD 3091, VD 3092
- FSE (Fail-Secure Standard): Requires power to be applied to unlock the strike lip. On loss of power, the strike lip is locked. Fire-rated.
